  • 硬體工程師天堂，但軟體工程師可能感覺落差大

    間公司對於專注於硬體設計的工程師來說，無疑是非常不錯的選擇，特別是在高速設計這一塊。但如果你是軟體工程師，可能會覺得有點落差。雖然團隊對於硬體設計有極高的要求和標準，但軟體相關的資源相對有限，可能不太符合你的期望。工作環境相對比較傳統，開發工具和流程上不如軟體公司那麼靈活，反而比較注重硬體相關的驗證與測試。總體來說，如果你喜歡硬體環境並且能適應，這裡的挑戰還是挺多的；但如果是軟體愛好者，可能需要更審慎考量
